...at the allotment. Some people have a lot of pride in their allotment and make it very cosy. We have had our names on the waiting list for about 5 years now.
What a lovely photo - it looks a really relaxing place to be. I did not know allotments were in such demand - hope you will not have to wait another 5 years to get one!
so, are allotments like a tiny yard - a plot to grow food or sit? instead of a backyard? i looked it up online, is there not enough open land? forgive the ignorance...always thought scotland was a huge, gorgeous open piece of countryside...
