Playing around...

....with photo effects.
I have started the Jessica Sprague frames and effects on line course. it was on a couple of weeks age but I didn't have time to do it then, so I'm working through it now. So here's the original:


and here's one with a handtinted look.
I do like this look but it appears to have oversharpened the hair a bit.

at Berwick Upon Tweed.

We had a run out to Alnwick and Berwick on Tweed today.
I was not really in the mood for photography today. The weather was dull and the light was flat.
This is one of the better photos.

At Rannoch Station..

...there is this charming little hut-all weathered and rusty, and unusually for Scotland,a corrugated iron roof. Could almost be in Australia!

Rannoch Station

Rannoch is a remote station in the middle of Scotland. As you can see there is very little around the station. Hill walkers often use the train to get to a location, and then walk back.

Rannoch Moor

We had a trip out to Rannoch Moor today-what a beautiful place!
